Detailed Information/Report on Activities
Sado Island is surrounded by crystal clear ocean and possesses well-preserved marine ecosystems. There are a variety of marine habitats, such as rocky and sandy shores and thus highly diversified species of marine life can be observed. We aim to study the biodiversity and evolution of marine animals through different types of fieldwork activities in different marine habitats, species identification, observation of marine animals, and several experiments such as early development of the sea urchin.
